West Bay Philbrook's / Bill Garden Design
Look once, and then look again.
“Bottom Line IV” is a custom 73' Pilothouse Motor Yacht that was originally envisioned by an experienced Seattle businessman and boater. She was designed by world renowned naval architect William (Bill) Garden and built by Philbrooks in Sidney, BC
